Years ago in an interview Ravi Shastri said that Kuldeep Yadav is best spinner of the Indian team. Ashwin was completely shattered after listening to his interview he said that in 2018 19 Australian tour, Kuldeep Yadav was given a lot of opportunities to play for the team. And after Kuldeep was declared as the best player of the team by Ravi Shastri he was completely broken.
Now recently in an interview Ravi Shastri has commented about Ashwin's statement and he said that he feels it is good that Ashwin felt bad about his statement because of which Ashwin has worked hard over his performance in game. Ravi Shastri said that Ashwin didn't took part in Sydney test match. Ravi Shastri said that Kuldeep Yadav took that as an opportunity and has played well in that match, after which he felt that he should be given more opportunities in the future games. Ravi Shastri feels that if you are given a challenge by the coach you shouldn't cry But work hard to prove him wrong.
Ravi Shastri also commented about the the situation between Virat Kohli and BCCI, in short he said that every situation can be handled with care, if both of them try to handle it correctly. Virat Kohli has openly talk about his situation and BCCI should do the same as suggested by Mr Ravi Shastri.
